United States: marketplace=amazon.com returns the US catalog (English titles, USD, amazon.com/dp/ASIN?tag=sw-travelpack-20) on catalog, search, resolve, create-and-fill and MCP. Storefront order: marketplace/store → country → Accept-Language (en-US → amazon.com) → default amazon.se. Unknown values fall back to amazon.se, never an error.
